WARRANTY:
Seascape Lamps warrants the materials and workmanship of fixtures placed in normal conditions and properly installed for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to the original purchaser.
LED components used by Seascape Lamps are covered separately by their respective manufacturers’ guarantees and terms.
RETURN POLICY:
Crafting beautiful, custom lighting is at the heart of what we do. Each piece is meticulously made to order from your choice of materials, ensuring that each light is in good condition before shipping. As we create each item just for you, we ask that you double-check your order selections to ensure it’s just how you ordered it.
We offer returns for store credit only, “conditions apply”. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. You will be responsible for paying the shipping back to Seascape Lamps.
To qualify for a return for store credit, your items must be unused, in their original packaging, and delivered to you within the last 15 days. Before credit is received, we must inspect the light to ensure we receive it in the same condition as when it went out. If the box is damaged upon delivery, please take photos and inform the carrier who delivered it. Please use new boxes to repackage your light if the boxes are compromised.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
We hope you receive your order exactly as you wanted, along with all the necessary hardware. Just let us know if there is any problem with your order, and we will try our best to make it right. You have 5 days after receiving your order to notify us of defective merchandise or any shortage without any penalties. Here are the steps to take if your order is received damaged:
- Take several photos if possible.
- Call Seascape Lamps, Inc. 831.728.5699 so we can file a claim and replace the order quickly.
- Keep contents until Seascape Lamps has notified you to dispose of the damaged light.
Seascape Lamps is not responsible for any labor costs incurred for installing or reinstalling any of its products. In all events, Seascape Lamps’ liability will be limited to no more than the purchase price paid for the product.
