Defective Items
We hope you receive your order exactly as you wanted, along with all the necessary hardware. Just let us know if there is any problem with your order and we will try our very best to make it right. You have 5 days after receiving your order to let us know of defective merchandise or any shortage without any penalties. Here are the steps to take if your order is received damaged:

3. If the package or pallet is not taken back by the shipping company, keep content until inspected by the shipping company, usually up to a week, or until Seascape Lamps gives you the okay to dispose of the damaged items.
Seascape Lamps is not responsible for any labor costs incurred for the installation or reinstallation of any of its products. In all events Seascape Lamps liability will be limited to no more than the purchase price paid for the product.
