Policy


General

All orders are subject to handling and freight. We estimate shipping costs based on geographical location and box dimensions. Terms on most of our orders are pre-pay and credit card orders will be authorized before being released from the warehouse. We invoice the day after shipping and only charge for the actual lamp price plus the amount our shipping company charges us – usually FedEx or UPS.

Defective Items

We hope you receive your order just exactly as you wanted, along with all the necessary hardware. Just let us know if there is any problem with your order and we will try our very best to make it right. You have 5 days after receiving your order to let us know of defective merchandise or any shortage without any penalties.  Here are the steps to take if your order is received damaged:

1. Take several photos if possible.

2. Call the shipping company and Seascape Lamps, Inc. 800.444.0233 so we can file a claim and replace or refund quickly.

3. If package is not taken back by shipping company, keep contents until inspected by shipping company, usually up to a week.

Backorders

We will always try our best to ship your whole order with no backorders. In the event a backorder is necessary, we will ship your merchandise as soon as it becomes available. Backorders will not be cancelled unless specified by client.
